Service Scope
BalasKomplain AI helps Indonesian and Malaysian online sellers draft calm and practical responses to buyer complaints, refund requests, bad reviews, delivery issues, and marketplace notices.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Generated replies, appeal drafts, and evidence checklists do not guarantee that a buyer, courier, payment provider, or marketplace platform will decide in your favor.

User Responsibility
You are responsible for checking outputs before sending them and for making sure your messages are accurate, honest, and compliant with marketplace rules.

Credits
AI generations use credits. Credits may be granted for free, purchased through Airwallex, or adjusted manually for support reasons.
