BalasKomplain AI is operated by SAIPHSPACE, UEN 53523443X, Singapore. This policy explains how we handle information when sellers use the app to draft complaint replies, manage credits, and access payment checkout.
Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to operate the service, authenticate accounts, generate seller replies, and process credit purchases.
- Account details such as email, name, selected market, locale, and seller profile settings.
- Case content that you submit, including buyer or platform messages, notes, evidence selections, and optional margin inputs.
- Generated output, case history, credit balance, usage logs, and payment status records.
- Technical information such as request metadata, rate-limit events, and analytics events.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the product, personalize market and language settings, generate AI-assisted seller replies, prevent abuse, process payments, and improve the service.
AI Processing
Seller case content may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate replies. Do not submit sensitive personal data, government IDs, passwords, payment card numbers, or unrelated private information.
Payments
Payments are processed through Airwallex. BalasKomplain stores payment status and credit fulfillment records, but does not store card numbers or payment method credentials.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only where needed to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication/database, OpenAI for AI generation, Vercel for hosting/analytics, and Airwallex for payments.
