Refund and Credit Policy

BalasKomplain AI is operated by SAIPHSPACE, UEN 53523443X, Singapore. We sell credit packs for AI-generated seller replies. This policy explains how credits are added and how payment issues are handled.

Credit Delivery

Credits are added automatically after Airwallex confirms a successful payment and BalasKomplain verifies the payment webhook.

Failed or Pending Payments

If checkout fails, is cancelled, or remains pending, credits are not added. If your payment was charged but credits did not appear, contact support with your account email and payment receipt.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Consumed credits are generally not refundable because AI generation costs are incurred when a reply is created.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same credit pack, contact hello@balaskomplain.com with payment receipts so the transaction can be reviewed.

Chargebacks and Reversals

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, BalasKomplain may review the related credits and account activity.
